@lili: Actually, you can try reading newspaper in English (including E-version online, of course). Besides, it'll better if you can find the bilingual articles provided with their comprehension help (in both English and Vietnamese). You will learn not only some grammatical structures, but also some hints in translation.
Suggest: VOA news, BBC,...
Do your reading as much as you can. Look at the original version first and see you how much you can understand the whole article. Then, find the Vietnamese version of it in VOA Vietnamese or BBC Vietnamese,.. It may help, but sometimes we should not completely rely on what is written in it. Just take it as a reference to further your understanding and find out your own way to study. You get what I mean?
As for listening, VOA is more suitable for those whose English level is lower. Practice listening stories or whatever interests you. Then, move on with BBC news.
